Welcome! My name is Arielle (she/her), and I am so excited to support you on your journey. After a career as an advocate for survivors of gender-based violence, I found my new passion as a full-spectrum doula where I have the honor of supporting and advocating for birthing people. My own experiences as a Queer birthing person, coupled with my empathy for those going through a precious season of life, have brought me to doula work. Training with Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings (BADT), a queer-founded, anti-oppressive organization, gave me a solid foundation in inclusive and empowering services for birthing people and families in all their beautiful and diverse forms. I welcome all families, and am especially passionate about providing services for LGBTQIA+ folx and other marginalized identities.

Working together, you can expect to focus on feeling ready and informed as your due date approaches, while also laughing a lot along the way (I always carry a dry sense of humor and an eagerness to swap recipe tips to each appointment). I am a firm believer that this chapter, full of big changes, little changes and lots of nerves, should also be full of joy and warmth.

If you’re ready to learn more and find out how I can help you prepare for birth and beyond, please get in touch to arrange a free consultation. I can’t wait to hear about your family!
